Join me for this specialty class focused on bringing awareness to our back bodies - where we cannot see with our eyes.

Learn how to support the back and cultivate a healthy spine through targeted muscle activation and finely tuned alignment with the aim of bringing new intelligence to those forgotten cells that often remain “out of sight, out of mind".
