Join me for a class focused on the core and specifically the psoas muscle.

Often called the “core of the core” the psoas muscle is crucial for core stability, movement and posture.

This all levels class will aim to create a deeper awareness of the psoas muscle and how we can engage it to support our movements - in yoga and in daily life.
